With staff retention at exceptional levels, you will typically be dealing with relatively low volumes of immediate vacancies, working closely with the management team around growth and improved operations performance to help grow and develop the talent base within the business.
The recruiter will be part of a fast moving and innovative management team, constantly looking to innovate their recruitment on-boarding process and create best in class recruitment processes.
