Job Description

Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting for a Practice Manager for our Berkshire based client with plans to open their second site in close proximity to their existing practice.  

Our client delivers a comprehensive range of NHS & Private General and Specialist Dentistry as well as Facial Aesthetics and Dermatology treatments. 

They are now looking for an experienced dental professional with several years experience working in the dental field. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements as well as first class people management and administrative skills. 

The role requires an energetic and enthusiastic approach to staff development and management as well as a strong focus on customer services. In addition your understanding of compliance requirements will help in helping the practice continue to develop robust procedures and processes and ensure an efficient and high quality service in a clinical setting. 

We welcome applications from experienced dental and healthcare professionals with either existing management experience, or looking to take the next step in their career away from day to day clinical duties. You should have experience managing teams of clinical and administrative staff and experience in training or staff development would also be beneficial. The post will develop in to a dual site role with the addition of the second practice with both sites within approximately 10 miles of each other. 

You will work closely with the clinical and management teams, including highly experienced business development manager and patient care coordinator - with day to day management of reception, nursing and support staff.

The practice itself is fully digital with the latest software management systems from Carestream and iComply. 

You will join a friendly, motivated and energetic team of staff who offer a comprehensive range of NHS, Private and Specialist Treatment options including Orthodontics and Implants as well as being a VT Training practice.
