Job Description

Experienced Dental Nurses or Dental Practice managers with a passion for training and education are welcome to apply for this opportunity as a Dental Practice Support Consultant on a part or full-time basis.

Working with dental practices throughout the Somerset, Devon and Cornwall catchment and surrounding areas, the post holder will be responsible for delivering a broad range of training and consultancy services to independent and group dental practices within approximately 60 miles of your home location.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering in-house training and staff development in a practice setting or may have advanced in to delivering professional training through PTTL's or similar. This is not essential however as we welcome applications from motivated and career orientated dental professionals, looking to accelerate their career development outside of clinical practice.

We also welcome applications from individuals already working in training and education - particularly in dental nurse training and assessment. Our client is an established business with a recognised brand and UK wide client base of dental and healthcare sector clients.

Their growing team of Practice Support Consultants deliver a range of CPD training and compliance related support services to a diverse customer base of NHS and Private clients. A competitive basic salary is offered along with bonus incentives and a fully expensed company car or car allowance.

The Practice Support Consultants are based from home when not on client sites and benefit from regular training and development opportunities.

This is a contract post initially covering for maternity leave for a period of 12 months, with significant scope to extend the contract or possible conversion to a permanent post.

Please apply early in order to avoid disappointment.
