Job Description

An experienced Integration Manager is required for this expanding dental business ensuring effective integration of new practices joining their team.

The Integration Manager will work closely with the regional management and practice management teams to quickly and effectively embed group processes in newly acquired practices.

Thee role will involve: -
  • Communication of consistent patient journey to the highest standards
  • Ensure appropriate training and development to support patient experience
  • Motivate practice teams to create a friendly and welcoming environment, designed to place patients at ease.
  • Support practice teams to maintain excellent standards of patient care
  • Identify where existing processes differ from group guidelines and put in place plans to migrate processes to standards.

The Integration Manager will have responsibility for: -
  • Implementation of Practice Inspection processes
  • Provide support to ensure all documentation and policies are in place and updated where required
  • Implement Practice Management packs and provide appropriate training
  • Coordinate and deliver training to meet Practice Inspection standards
  • Identify opportunities to support the practice team in improving efficiencies, diary management and support growth of patient numbers
  • Ensure that regional management are kept appraised of practice integrations, performance and scheduling
  • Carry out audits of stock, materials and identify areas for improvement on stock management and handling
  • Deliver regular meetings and ensure appropriate handling of new integrations
  • Ensure NHS schedule transmissions are appropriately managed
  • Identify training and development needs of staff and implement appropriate CPD
  • Support the practice through any new software training (SOE)
  • Identify areas for recruitment within the practice and implement appropriate recruitment plans in coordination with head office.
  • Support the practice management teams with budget management and control, identify skills gaps and ensure appropriate training where required
  • Plan equipment capital in line with budgets
  • Work closely with area management teams to share best practice and ensure practice integrations schedules are reported on
  • Work closely with marketing teams to deliver improved content across digital media.
The role will heavily focus on the delivery of fully compliant practices, building strong relationships with all members of the new teams and ensuring best practices of integration.

You will be responsible for clear and effective communication of all company policies and procedures and be engaged day to day with new team members to ensure that they are appropriately trained and supported throughout.
