Job Description

Experienced Dental Nurses or Dental Practice managers with a passion for meeting with new people and developing their dental career are welcome to apply for the role of Dental Practice Support Consultant.
Working with dental practices throughout London, our client provides substantial training and investment to allow the post holder to deliver a broad range of CPD training and CQC compliance related consultancy services to independent and group dental practices throughout the London catchment.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, will generally enjoy working in different locations and settings and have a passion for the dental industry. If you are keen to both utilise your existing dental sector knowledge as well as continue to learn and develop your skills, this is a great opportunity to expand your career horizons.
Our client is an established business with a UK wide client base of some 6000+ dental and healthcare sector clients. Their growing team of Practice Support Consultants deliver a range of CPD training and compliance related support services to a diverse customer base of NHS and Private practice clients.
A competitive basic salary is offered along with bonus incentives and a fully expensed company car.
The Practice Support Consultants are based from home when not on client sites and benefit from regular training and development opportunities with regular internal and external training organised as well as comprehensive induction and training programme for new starters.
The role does involve regular travel - working with dental practice clients across London. A fully expensed company car is provided as well as all relevant equipment and materials for delivery of pre-scheduled training.
The role does not require any cold call, sales or lead generation, however the Practice Support Consultants are required to develop good quality business relationships with the customers they serve, identifying opportunities to be able to expand the services to existing clients.
If you are a highly motivated dental nurse or practice manager with excellent interpersonal skills and keen to take your career to the next level, we would be delighted to hear from you.
