Accounts Practice Manager / Senior Accountant

Our client is a rapidly expanding accountancy firm with 3 offices across the country anddue to continued expansion they are now looking to recruit an Accounts Practice Manager / Senior Accountant to manage their Harrogate office. This is a highly varied role where you wuill work closely with the Managing Director helping him to continue growing the firm and managing the workload for the office. Typical duties will cover: * Ownership of the profit and loss and ensuring the office hits its budgets. * Management of client records * Improve company performance * Ensure the creation and implementation of systems designed to grow the business * Maximise profitability and ensure that the operations are running cost effectively * Responsibility for billing and ensuring all clients are correctly billed. This role would suit a Practice Manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced Practice Accountant who is looking to move into practice management.
